Acceptable Use Policy

Guidelines for proper and lawful use of RadProcess

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of your RadProcess Subscription Terms. By using RadProcess, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Overview

RadProcess provides supply chain management and CRM software to help businesses operate more efficiently. To maintain a secure, reliable service for all users, we require that you use RadProcess responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use RadProcess to:

1. Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Violate any local, provincial, federal, or international law or regulation
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret)
  • Transmit or store illegal content, including child exploitation material
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Impersonate any person or entity

2. Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or systems
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service without our written consent
  • Bypass authentication or security measures
  • Distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive activities
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your tenant

3. Abuse of Service Resources

  • Overload or abuse API rate limits or automation features beyond documented thresholds
  • Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency or perform excessive computation unrelated to business operations
  • Store or transmit excessive amounts of data unrelated to legitimate business use
  • Create multiple accounts to evade usage limits or billing

4. Unauthorized Commercial Use

  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own SaaS platform without our written consent
  • Use the Service for service bureau or time-sharing purposes without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of RadProcess
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or copyright statements

5. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) through the integrated website or email features
  • Use RadProcess to collect or harvest email addresses or contact information without consent
  • Violate Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or similar laws in other jurisdictions

6. Harmful Content

  • Upload, store, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
  • Store content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
  • Distribute content that violates privacy rights or contains personal information without consent

Monitoring and Enforcement

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns and system logs to detect violations of this AUP
  • Investigate suspected violations, including reviewing content stored in your tenant (with appropriate legal authorization when required)
  • Rate-limit, throttle, or block API requests that exceed documented limits
  • Remove or disable content that violates this AUP
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperate with legal investigations and comply with valid legal process

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your tenant account
  • Actions of your users, employees, contractors, and agents who access your tenant
  • Ensuring that your use of RadProcess complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Promptly notifying us of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access
  • Cooperating with our investigations of potential AUP violations

Consequences of Violations

If you violate this AUP, we may take the following actions:

1. Warning

For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and require you to cease the prohibited activity.

2. Content Removal

We may remove or disable content that violates this AUP without notice.

3. Service Suspension

We may suspend your access to RadProcess temporarily while we investigate a violation.

4. Termination

For serious or repeated violations, we may terminate your subscription immediately. In such cases, you will not receive a refund of prepaid fees.

5. Legal Action

We may pursue legal remedies, including civil action or reporting to law enforcement, for violations that cause harm to us, our users, or third parties.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another RadProcess user, please report it to us:

Include as much detail as possible, including URLs, screenshots, dates/times, and description of the violation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or industry best practices. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of RadProcess after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

Relationship to Other Terms

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of your RadProcess Subscription Terms. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Subscription Terms, the Subscription Terms will control.
