How is this different from Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho?

Those are horizontal CRMs built for SaaS sales teams or generic B2B sales. They don't natively understand trading-house workflows: customer RFQ → multi-supplier sourcing → proforma invoice → letter of credit → multi-currency invoicing → goods receipt → QC → allocation → shipment. RadProcess does. You'd spend six months and fifty thousand dollars customizing one of those tools to do half of what we do out of the box — and you'd still have an Excel quote-builder.

Yes. We do it for you. You send us whatever you have — Excel sheets, CSV exports, even messy folders of files — and we migrate everything. Customers, suppliers, products with OEM part numbers, historical RFQs and quotes, payment terms, bank account details, contact records.

AWS, in Canada. Per-tenant isolation. Daily encrypted backups. Encryption at rest and in transit. SOC 2 compliance is on the roadmap. Your data is significantly more secure with us than it currently is in Excel files on your team's laptops or scattered across email attachments.

For the bundled offer (website + Ads + platform), no — building your website and migrating your data is real upfront work on our side, so we ask for a one-month commitment minimum. You can cancel after month one if it isn't working. We've never had that happen.
